- Own the refinement process and ensure clarity of product specifications
- Set product priorities as input for the roadmap
- Incorporate the product perspective into technical decisions
- Assess technical issues from a product standpoint without driving implementation details
- Act as the customer advocate, sharing insights from customers and the market with the team
- Collaborate closely within the Delivery Manager in terms of budget and resources
- Serve as the point of contact for developers on requirements
- Manage stakeholder communication for all product-related matters
- Prepare and lead product review meetings, including content design and coordination with presenters
Use your skills.
- Strong technical understanding of embedded systems (e.g., hardware-near software development, real-time operating systems, communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, I²C)
- 5+ years proven experience as a Product Owner or in Product Management in an embedded environment
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to evaluate complex technical topics from a product perspective and communicate them clearly
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset and structured approach to problem-solving
- Understanding of software architectures and hardware integration
- Experience with requirements engineering and tools like Jira, Confluence
- Language skills: Fluent in English (German is a plus)
- Nice-to-have: Familiarity with safety and quality standards in embedded systems
Gain more.
- Attractive salary depending on your qualifications and experience
- Flexible working hours and the opportunity of working from home
- A pleasant working atmosphere with a "first-name" culture in a company where employees come first
- Challenging, independent work in an innovative, creative environment
- Language courses
- Health and recreation benefits
- Family incentives
- Healthy snack and coffee for free in a brand-new office in Zagreb
- Lots of internal events - so that we don't miss out on having fun together
- Professional and personal training opportunities for your further development
