Set things in motion.

  • Technical and disciplinary management of the Energy Systems Development group consisting embedded software developers (bare metal, Autosar) for Powertrain projects (Chargers, Batteries and Inverters)
  • Leading of SW projects and/or feature packages for series products in the field of the energy system (mainly charger, batteries) for forklift trucks.
  • Planning, management and provision of resources for assigned development projects.
  • Ensuring goals such as quality, costs and deadlines
  • Clarifying and coordinating specific issues with specialist departments and international suppliers
  • Coordination of development-side series support tasks and technical changes for the Energy systems product area
  • Cooperation with our development departments worldwide
  • Evaluation, preparation, visualisation and presentation of work results

Use your skills.

  • At least (3+) years of professional experience in leading teams and the project management of electrical components or systems, preferably in the embedded and/or energy systems field
  • Basic understanding of interrelated technologies, modules, interfaces and systems
  • Completed university degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, computer engineering or automation technology
  • Knowledge in MS-Office, JIRA, Confluence
  • Knowledge with Requirements management
  • Willing to travel up to 20%
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
