With over 30 years of experience in the development of software & digital products, Jungheinrich offers a broad portfolio and comprehensive expertise in the areas of warehouse, fleet, device, process, and interface management. We are looking for a motivated and skilled System Engineer in Electrical Engineering to join our global power electronics development team. You will contribute to the design and evolution of charging solutions for powertrain systems including lithium-ion as well as lead-acid traction batteries for industrial trucks, and supporting projects across new development and serial support.
Set things in motion.
- Develop innovative charging solutions for industrial trucks – for lithium-ion batteries and lead-acid trucks in connected and integrated systems of warehouse solutions.
- Carrying out a range of system engineering activities focused on the design, integration, and optimization of electronic systems within our charging solutions platforms
- Coordinate and oversee all relevant multiple development activities across internal and external engineering teams.
- Manage cross-functional collaboration with other departments like hardware and software testing, purchase and manufacturing department as well as external suppliers.
- Active involvement in the development of electronic systems and in measurements in the laboratory as well as on vehicles and products
- Provide technical support and coordination tasks in the context of series production support
Use your skills.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in system development, preferably in power electronics.
- Experience in working with electrical equipment in the laboratory e.g. commissioning tests
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional team.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
