The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $82,000-$166,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
What You Will do in This Role:
- The delivery, quality and budget of software execution projects.
- Publish, communicate, and maintain a project plan/schedule.
- Publish, communicate and maintain key milestone status to internal and external customers
- Maintain and report project budget monthly
- Manage project scope and change control.
- Generate, communicate and coordinate customer deliverables.
- Proactively seek ways to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Manage all aspects of the internal and external customer relationship
- Ensure the technical team is able to keep focus on the deliverables.
- Ensure standard work process and execution framework is followed. Report project status to internal stakeholders, as well as to Customer stakeholders as requested.
- Understand the solution concept and simulation. Incorporate these concepts, software functional specifications, and system interface documents into a requirements traceability matrix. Track project team deliverables to ensure all requirements are delivered.
- Coordinate in-house and on-site project activities with software project team and other disciplines.
- Drive all software deliverables to ensure timely completion of the project.
Additional Responsibilities and Knowledge:
- Able to define work flows as related to the project team to obtain optimum effectiveness.
- Understand the effect of decisions on business operations internally and with the Customer’s operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems
- Demonstrate understanding of supervisory approaches for work direction, motivation, performance management
- A thorough understanding of the supply chain marketplace, ideally in an eCommerce, omnichannel, distribution environment.

Technical Knowledge You Possess
- An ability to manage both internal technical resources and set expectations with end customers.
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Experience managing project teams in either Waterfall or Agile methodology
- Experience delivering software systems in real-time environments
- Familiarity with SAP, Jira, Confluence, and TestRail
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering, supply chain or related discipline
- 3 - 5+ yrs of software project management experience
- PMP certification or willingness to obtain after hire
- 1+ years of industrial automation industry experience (WMS or WCS) a plus
- Willingness to travel 25 – 30%
