Main tasks:

• Supports / leads the solution concept and proposal development for software sales opportunities

• Works both indirectly and directly with customer operations and technology teams:

• Indirectly by analysing and responding to requirements documents and capability assessments

• Directly by leading presentations and workshops to position Dematic software, describe solution concepts, identify opportunities to leverage Dematic software and capabilities to address emerging requirements, and negotiate discussion topics to ensure success for both Dematic and our customers

• Works with software design, engineering, and deployment teams to assess requirements, identify risks and mitigations, and develop delivery schedules and cost estimates

• Engages Dematic subject matter experts when required to address questions, expand your knowledge, and extend Dematic software knowledge bases

• Develop customer-facing materials, including written and diagrammatic descriptions of operational processes, systems architectures, and software algorithms

• Create and deliver presentations and offer documents to customers and internal stakeholders

• Maintain opportunity, solution and customer data in Dematic systems

• Deliver briefings to Dematic leadership to share updates and gain approvals

Your qualifications:

• Engineering degree or equivalent qualification

• 3 to 7 years of similar experience in industrial IT preferably in the field of logistics

• Excellent analytical and technical documentation skills

• Great communication and collaboration

• Supply chain software, robotics, and automation landscape understanding

• Organization and focus, ensuring objectives are delivered to tight deadlines
