Tasks and Qualifications:
What will you do in this role?
Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including hands-on design, implementation, documentation and validation.
As part of the development team actively engage design reviews and demonstrations to stakeholders.
Ensure that quality is designed into the product from the very start of development.
In conjunction with test engineer devise strong unit/ integrated test cases.
Develop emulation components to allow testing of development and project software.
What are we looking for?
Educated to degree level in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent qualification is expected.
Proven 3+ years of experience in Controls Software evelopment.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in PLC Software Development, MS office suite applications, Object Orientated Design Concepts.
Full working proficiency in English.
Enthusiasm for software development and innovation.
Excellent communication skills, problem solving and a customer-focused mindset, with a high level of organization and quality orientation.
Willingness to travel internationally for up to 10%.
Beneficial Skills:
Familiarity with Agile Software Processes.
Familiarity with Task/Issue Tracking (Jira/Kanban).
Knowledge of Emulate3D and C# programming.
