We’re excited to be looking for a Senior Data and Insights Analyst to join our team in Lithuania. It’s a unique chance to be part of a newly formed team that will play a key role in supporting the entire EMEA region.

As a core member of the Data and Insights Team within Dematic's Process Optimization organization, you will be responsible for partnering with our broader EMEA organization to deliver innovative and effective data driven insights and process optimisation. In this role you will analyse complex datasets, build intelligent dashboards, and optimize workflows while leveraging Generative AI and AI agents to automate processes and deliver predictive insights. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the region to execute a forward-thinking data strategy focused on analytics, governance, and AI innovation, embedding a data-centric culture and unlocking measurable business value.

As part of a global community of data professionals – including analysts, engineers, and data scientists – you will contribute to creating a single source of truth for EMEA. You will take ownership of strategic workstreams, innovate using data and AI, and ensure the integrity and accessibility of organizational data assets. The monthly pay range for this role is estimated to be €3700-5300 gross (final compensation will be determined based on your competencies and experience).

Tasks and Qualifications:

What will you do in this role?

• Design and implement robust data quality frameworks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in all data assets.
• Drive compliance with governance standards by maintaining data integrity and enforcing best practices.
• Leverage advanced analytical techniques and AI-driven approaches to collect, clean, and interpret large datasets, uncovering trends and predictive patterns that inform strategic decisions.
• Transform raw data into meaningful, trusted insights using modern tools and Generative AI models for automated reporting and scenario analysis.
• Ensure insights are actionable, measurable, and aligned with business objectives, enabling data-driven decisions with the support of AI-powered recommendations.
• Design and deliver interactive, user-friendly dashboards in Power BI (or the chosen tool) to visualize KPIs and business metrics that drive decision-making.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for efficient data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Utilize Snowflake and Databricks for scalable data processing and management.
• Apply programming languages such as Python, Scala, SQL, and R within Databricks to enable advanced analytics, interactive development, and complex data manipulation.
• Lead AI development initiatives, including building predictive models, Generative AI solutions, and AI agents to automate insights and enhance business intelligence capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to deeply understand business processes and translate requirements into impactful data solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Explore and implement emerging technologies, including AI, Generative AI, and advanced analytics solutions.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in data related or similar IT field.
• 5+ years of experience in similar role within an established business environment.
• Full working proficiency in English (compulsory) with 1 other European language (desirable).
• Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and analytics platforms.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, Snowflake, and Databricks.
• Proficient in at least one programming language: SQL, Python, Scala, or R.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office and Power Platform.
• Exposure to emerging technologies, including Generative AI and AI agents.
• Hands-on experience with AI development, including AI workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of AI frameworks and libraries (e.g., LangChain, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Ability to design and deploy AI-powered solutions for automation, conversational analytics, and insight generation.
• Ability to build and monitor KPI’s.
• Implement scalable data processes and frameworks.
• Experience in managing data quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management capability and the ability to educate and influence teams on data concepts.

Bonus Points if you have:

• Experience with advanced analytics (predictive modeling, machine learning, statistical analysis).
• Familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
• Professional qualifications: Microsoft Azure, Microsoft AI fundamentals, Databricks related, Power BI.
