We are now looking for a Head of Automation Business – Region Nordics with overall responsibility for growth, profitability, and delivery within automation and intralogistics.
In this role, you hold full P&L responsibility and lead the business cross-functionally across sales, solution design, and project execution. You drive the business for both brands Linde Material Handling and STILL, both strategically and operationally, build strong customer relationships, and develop high-performing teams in close collaboration with regional and international colleagues within KION ITS EMEA.

• Responsible for business performance, results, and growth within the Automation Business Unit in the Nordics
• Drive and execute the regional business and sales strategy
• Develop customer relationships, key accounts, and new business opportunities
• Ensure competitive automation solutions and successful project deliveries
• Lead and develop teams within Sales, Solution Design, Project Management, and Service
• Contribute to strengthening customers’ competitiveness through new technology and innovation
You will work in an international environment with close group collaboration, while also leading a team of eight employees in day-to-day operations. You report to Vice President KION ITS EMEA Nordic Markets in a clear matrix line to Head of Automated & Integrated Solutions – Region Central Europe & Nordic Markets.
Tasks and Qualifications:
Who are you?
You hold a relevant technical university degree and have solid experience within automation, intralogistics, or material handling. You combine strong commercial acumen with technical understanding and have documented leadership experience. You are accustomed to working in international environments and thrive in roles with significant responsibility and autonomy. Experience working with SAP is considered a merit.

Preferred location is Örebro, but Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö are also possible.
The role includes travel, mainly within Sweden, but also within the Nordics and occasionally elsewhere in Europe.
