Tasks and Qualifications:

What You Will Do

Cost Management & Product Costing

• Own the product cost structure, analysis, and visibility across manufacturing sites

• Maintain and enhance product cost policies, methodologies, and standards

• Partner with plant finance and operations teams to ensure cost alignment and consistency

• Track and analyze standard cost savings initiatives and productivity improvements

• Provide insights that improve cost transparency and operational decision-making

FP&A – Global Supply Chain

• Support FP&A activities for the Global Supply Chain organization, including manufacturing sites and related functions

• Prepare and analyze the monthly financial close reporting package

• Drive forecasting cycles and performance tracking for supply chain operations

• Support the annual budgeting process, consolidating inputs and analyzing financial impact

• Identify financial risks and opportunities and recommend actions to leadership

Reporting & Business Insights

• Extract and analyze financial data using Snowflake, Power BI, and advanced Excel

• Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership

• Develop and improve financial dashboards, reporting formats, and analytics tools

• Strengthen financial visibility through structured and consistent reporting

Process Improvement & Governance

• Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes, policies, and reporting frameworks

• Help build scalable processes that support growing global operations

• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance teams

• Support strong discipline in cost reporting and financial controls

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8+ years of experience in Finance, with strong exposure to FP&A and Cost Accounting

• Solid experience in product costing and financial analysis within manufacturing environments

• Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel capabilities

• Experience working with Snowflake, Power BI, or similar data analytics tools preferred

• Ability to translate financial data into clear business insights and recommendations

• Experience contributing to financial processes, reporting structures, or policy development

• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in fast-paced and evolving environments

• Strong communication skills and ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA is a plus)
