Currently, we are looking for an ITSM Intern to support our global IT Service Management team. This role offers hands on experience in data analytics, ServiceNow, CMDB, asset management, and key ITSM processes.

ServiceNow platform fundamentals
Data‑driven IT operations and reporting
CMDB, asset lifecycle, and discovery methods
Working in a global enterprise IT environment
Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze ITSM data and build reports/dashboards.
Support ITSM process documentation and improvements.
Assist with ServiceNow ITSM configurations and operational activities.
Contribute to CMDB and Asset Management data quality efforts.
Support Discovery-related analysis and data validation.
Collaborate with global IT teams on daily ITSM tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Students of Computer Science, Data Science or related studies (4th or final year), available to work min. 20h/week
Strong analytical skills and high comfort working with large, complex data sets
Understanding of data analytics methodologies, data interpretation, and drawing conclusions from trends
Some experience with reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, or similar)
Interest in ITSM, digital platforms, and process improvement
Good communication and teamwork skills
Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive attitude

Nice to Have
Basic knowledge of ITIL, ITSM concepts or ServiceNow
Understanding of IT infrastructure, assets, or configuration data
