We offer:
· Responsible as sub-project manager Quality in development projects within Manufacturing to drive quality requirements and deliverables for Alpha- and Beta sites until Commercialization Status负责制造部门开发项目中的质量子项目管理，以推动 Alpha 和 Beta 工厂在商业化状态前的质量要求和交付成果
· Coordinator of all New Product Introduction quality tasks between all required Manufacturing areas and the PLQ Project Lead. (Incl. Monitoring, planning, controlling, reporting and evaluating of milestones) 协调制造部门所有新产品导入质量任务，以及与 PLQ 项目负责人之间的沟通。（包括里程碑的监控、计划、控制、报告和评估）
· Creation & monitoring of quality requirements for new development projects in Manufacturing制定和监控制造部门新开发项目的质量要求
· Responsible for Control Plan implementation of new products based on defined CtQs (Critical to Quality) within Manufacturing负责在制造部门根据定义的 CtQs（关键质量特性）实施新产品的控制计划
· Moderation of Process FMEA incl. Governance of FMEA Processes, risk identification and action tracking主持过程失效模式与影响分析（FMEA），包括 FMEA 过程的治理、风险识别和行动跟踪
· Lead Coordinator of Initial Sample / PPAPs within Manufacturing in cooperation with local Manufacturing Quality担任制造部门初始样品/PPAP 的主要协调员，并与当地制造质量部门合作
· Support overall Manufacturing Readiness improvements along Dematic´s Development and Launch Process (GOLD) 支持德马泰克开发和发布流程（GOLD）中的整体制造就绪度改进
· Drive targeted corrective & preventative actions in support of BETA Product Issue globally with the focus on Manufacturing推动针对 BETA 产品问题的全球性纠正和预防措施，重点关注制造部门
· Provides direction to quality team members in resolving technical issues/problems across project sites, if support is required在需要支持时，指导质量团队成员解决跨项目站点的技术问题/难题
· Avoid failure reoccurrence by transferring Lessons Learned from Project Execution Sites into New R&D Projects通过将项目执行站点的经验教训转移到新的研发项目中，避免故障再次发生
· Drive targeted corrective & preventative actions in support of BETA Product Issue globally with the focus on Manufacturing推动针对 BETA 产品问题的全球性纠正和预防措施，重点关注制造部门
· Quality Design Change Order Process Responsible to ensure proper Change Management based on Manufacturing Quality standards负责质量设计变更订单流程，以确保基于制造质量标准进行适当的变更管理
Tasks and Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, adequate vocational training in a relevant field and technical experience or similar工程学或相关学科的学士学位，相关领域的充分职业培训和技术经验或同等学历
- minimum 3years’ experience in professional Quality or New Product Introduction role in project / product-based business (preferred supply chain solutions, engineering, project management, resale procurement) 在项目/产品型业务中，至少3年专业质量或新产品导入角色经验（优先考虑供应链解决方案、工程、项目管理、转售采购）
- Product Development Quality Management and / or Manufacturing Quality experiences preferred优先考虑产品开发质量管理和/或制造质量经验
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (communicating up, down, and across) 出色的沟通和人际交往能力（向上、向下和横向沟通）
- Ability to oversee internal and external quality programs. 能够监督内部和外部质量计划。
- Proven skills in quality improvement techniques (especially FMEA and Root-Cause-Analysis) 具备质量改进技术（特别是FMEA和根本原因分析）的成熟技能
- Proven ability to define, contain, communicate, and rectify crisis situations具备定义、控制、沟通和纠正危机情况的成熟能力
- Negotiation and presentation skills and experience, in a high pressure and senior level environment在高压和高级别环境中进行谈判和演示的技能和经验
- Willingness to travel regionally愿意进行区域性差旅
