Tasks and Qualifications:
Qualifications
-5- year experience in customer service
-Solid user experience based on SAP, MS-Office
-Basic understanding of export procedures
-Fluent in English, German is an advantage
-Good communication skills, team player
-Proactive way of working / “can do” approach
-Independent, open minded, positive mind spirit personality
-Flexibility
Tasks
-Fast handling of customers’ queries related to their orders or inquiries
-Competent and reliable contact for all sales-related customer requests &complaints with the necessary coordination in the relevant specialists’ areas
-Communication across the company structure to clarify customers’ queriesor secure material demands
-Day-to-day order flow follow up
-Issuing invoices / credit notes / customer reports
-Return orders handling
-Preparation of export documents and coordination export procedures withcustoms or customs agent
