The Global Product Information team of Technical Writers and Instructional Designers is responsible for creating and publishing documentation and training deliverables for Dematic standard solutions, subsystems, and products. We’re looking for a co-op to support our training and certification content development team.

You’ll be paired with an Instructional Designer to create course content. You’ll participate in needs analysis with subject matter experts and work with colleagues to develop training and content using online instructional design tools and approaches that follow best practices for course development and review processes.

Tasks and Qualifications:

· Analyze training needs, develop curriculum, design and build training content

· Research, test, and help update existing training materials

· Other administrative and course development duties as required
