Tasks and Qualifications:
The Dealer Manager Netherlands will be responsible for developing and managing Baoli’s network of independent dealers across the country. The role focuses on supporting dealers in successfully selling Baoli forklift trucks and warehouse equipment. This position does not involve direct sales to end customers but is fully focused on dealer development, performance management and market expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing Baoli dealers in the Netherlands.
- Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers to expand market coverage.
- Set sales targets with dealers and support them in achieving their objectives.
- Monitor dealer sales performance and provide insights and improvement actions.
- Provide product training and commercial support to dealers.
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the Dutch market.
- Work closely with marketing and internal teams to support dealer sales activities.
Candidate profile
- Experience in dealer management or indirect sales channels.
- Preferably experience in the material handling, industrial equipment, machinery or related sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and expand dealer networks.
- Strong understanding of the Dutch market and business culture.
- Commercially driven with strong relationship management skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Located in a central location in The Netherlands.
- Willingness to travel within The Netherlands
