Currently we're looking for Internal Trainer, who will be part of the team responsible for delivering and coordinating trainings.

Tasks and Qualifications:

• Design and delivery of internal training sessions (classroom and e‑learning).

• Preparing training materials

• Implementing the Individual Development Plans process in the company

• Implement Learning&Development strategy

• Identification and analysis of training needs in cooperation with managers and HR.

• Recommending training solutions aligned with business objectives.

• Planning and coordination of internal and external training programs.

• Evaluation of training effectiveness and propose improvement actions.

• Ensure compliance with applicable procedures.

• Organization of training logistics

• Selection and cooperation with external training service providers.

Your Skills and Expertise:

• 5-7 years of work experience in training or development area

• Experience in delivering training and coordinating training processes.

• Experience in analyzing training needs and collaborate effectively with the business.

• Knowledge of development processes.

• Very good organizational and communication skills.

• English fluent

• Experience in cooperation with external vendors is an additional asset.
