About the Role;

The HR Business Lead plays a pivotal role in delivering the people strategy, aligned to business priorities across functional areas and Regional Business Units.

This position is responsible for translating strategic objectives into effective, day-to-day HR delivery.



You will act as a trusted partner to the business, shaping the people agenda, championing employee engagement, and driving a high-performance culture across your region.

Tasks and Qualifications:

We are seeking a strong HR generalist with a proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence at all levels:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience within a sales, service, or engineering environment

  • Strong knowledge of employee relations and employment law, including trade unions

  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills

  • Strategic mindset with strong delivery focus and critical thinking ability

  • Confidence to manage upwards and challenge constructively

  • Continuous improvement mindset and experience enhancing processes

  • Strong systems knowledge (Workday, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

  • Ability to manage workload independently and make sound decisions

  • Commercial awareness and ability to see the wider business context

  • Strong team player with ambition and drive to succeed

  • Willingness to travel across the region
