For our Business Transformation project we are currently looking for Travel & Expense Process Manager who leads internal process excellence projects from initiation to completion and ensures smooth, timely delivery. The role oversees project planning, resourcing and progress monitoring, while coordinating stakeholders and resolving issues as they arise. It also ensures that all project outcomes meet required standards for quality, reliability, schedule and cost.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibilities:
You'll be responsible for the group-wide harmonization, standardization, optimization and automation of travel and expense processes as well as corresponding reporting processes
You'll design, implement, steer and control efficient and effective group-wide processes with an end-to-end perspective
You'll analyse and verify local process requirements
You'll support IT implementation and transition of defined activities into the business units.
You'll be a point of contact for all stakeholders and travel analysts in the KION organization for all matters concerning travel & expense management
Your Skills and Expertise:
You hold an University degree in business administration or economics (or equivalent)
You already have gained experience within travel & expense management or finance and process management
You are experienced with SAP Concur, SAP core modules FI / CO, ideally also on S4 HANA, as well as very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
You understand classic or agile project methodologies, ideally trained in Six Sigma methodologies or similar
You are fluent in English, French is considered as advantage
Eagerness to travel occasionally
