Job Description

As a Junior Product Manager (m/f/x), You will be responsible for guiding the evolution of the KONUX system and how it solves the biggest problems of our customers to make railway to mobility choice of tomorrow and create a sustainable future. You will closely collaborate with users and our internal teams to design, build, and deliver value-added features within our product portfolio. Based on your technical understanding, you will translate industry needs into viable software solutions powered by AI and IIoT. Our ideal candidate has a very positive can-do attitude and thrives on breaking down complex problems into clear requirements and can align various stakeholders.

Your Impact

• Learn the competitive landscape, global industry, and technology trends and how this relates to company strategy.

• Own certain features of the product and become an expert that can clearly communicate the requirements as well as the customer’s voice regarding those features.
• Execute product strategy and an agile roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, technical capabilities, and business priorities.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects to gather insights, validate concepts, and refine product features in a data-driven approach working closely with cross-functional teams such as design, engineering and marketing to ensure we effectively solve customer problems.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have/be

• 2+ years experience as a Product Manager in a B2B environment building large-scale, complex, AI-driven products or 3+ years in a similar B2B field or role working closely with the customer
• Willing to sometimes go on the rail tracks at all our customers and learn everything there is to know about our product and industry
• Worked in a fast-paced technical environment where you’ve had to think on your feet and bring people together to problem-solve
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert complex data and customer insights into actionable product initiatives.
• Good communication and presentation skills in English and German, capable of conveying messages clearly and persuasively to a variety of audiences.
• Experience with Data Visualization and Analysis and Data driven product decisions using tools (e.g. Pendo, Mixpanel, Hotjar, DataDog)
• Having worked with mobile apps is a bonus
