Senior Product Manager- Digital Experience
The Product Management team will own end to end outcomes for digital products that are intended to drive consumer engagement and deliver outstanding consumer experiences. They unite design, marketing, engineering, and data to deliver on the expected outcomes.
Build and implement product strategies consistent with company vision
Lead a cross-functional squad of design, engineering, and marketing
Gather and synthesize market, customer, technology, and competitive research to identify product enhancements and new opportunities for innovation
Experience with the complete product development lifecycle in an agile environment, write product briefs and user stories, handle priorities, and actively develop and complete a data-driven product roadmap
Identify the biggest problems to solve. Drive new feature development from start to finish
Run user research, usability studies, data-driven experiments to inform product direction
Establish, monitor, and measure success metrics. Consistently integrate behavior data and user feedback into key product decisions.
Communicate product plans, benefits and results to all audiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to excel in a collaborative, dynamic, and results-driven environment
A passion for user design and the impact it can have on user experiences
Knowledge of microservice architectures and platforms
Proven ability to leverage data and insights to make informed product decisions while maintaining a user focus
