Who We Are

At Kyndryl, we design, build, manage and modernize the mission-critical technology systems that the world depends on every day. So why work at Kyndryl? We are always moving forward – always pushing ourselves to go further in our efforts to build a more equitable, inclusive world for our employees, our customers and our communities.

The Role

Your Role

Are you passionate about cybersecurity and looking for an exciting role where you can make a difference? If so, we have an opportunity for you! As a Security Intelligence Analyst at Kyndryl, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and protecting our customer organizations, cultures, and ecosystems. Your role will be crucial in identifying, assessing, and advising customers on areas of security concern, recommended strategies, and processes to remediate vulnerabilities, and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of both Kyndryl and our Customer’s data. As a Security Intelligence Analyst at Kyndryl, you will harness the power of cutting-edge vulnerability scanning tools and manual assessments to proactively identify and prioritize security weaknesses within our customers’ IT infrastructure.

Through your meticulous risk analysis coupled with Threat Intelligence, you will discover weaknesses in customers’ endpoints, servers, and even security controls themselves so the customer can remediate before (and in some cases, after) they are exploited. In this role, you will recommend and advise on vulnerability scanning results both on customer premise and in the cloud, and by using appropriate tooling. You will team with Kyndryl Customer-facing Account Teams as well as Kyndryl Cyber Legal to analyze the identified vulnerabilities and recommend remediation plans - collaborating closely with fellow Information Security experts to reduce our customer’s attack surface. But your impact doesn't stop there. As a Security Intelligence Analyst, you will take center stage in driving a culture of security excellence within our customers’ organization.

Your exceptional communication skills will allow you to effectively articulate vulnerability information to management and other stakeholders, ensuring they are well-informed about potential risks and vulnerabilities. Additionally, you will stay up to date with the latest security threats, emerging trends, and innovative solutions, enabling us to proactively protect our systems and stay one step ahead.

Your responsibilities will be varied and dynamic, switching from Triage as a first responder, to that of Problem Solving as a consultant: analyzing risk assessment reports, information security policies, security solution scenarios, implementation plans, organization models, and security plans.

You will be tasked with reviewing configurations, monitoring logs, and inspecting the performance of networks to review the quality of services, while also looking for areas that expose an organizational infrastructure to malicious cyber-attacks.

As a key member of our team, you will respond, assess, predict, prevent, and manage the risk of IT infrastructure and data, helping our customers stay ahead of the curve and ensure their systems are secure.

But that is not all – at Kyndryl you will have the opportunity to explore innovation in Cybersecurity data science – taking information that has been gathered and looking for areas to have that “Ah Ha” moment. Drawing conclusions and patterns from the data across single and multiple clients. Creating new ideas around risk management and risk quantification.

In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also play a key role in raising awareness of potential security threats through technical security training on best practices. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the culture of our clients’ organizations and make a tangible impact on their security posture.

If you have a passion for cybersecurity – governance, risk, and compliance, are looking for a challenging and dynamic role, and want to work with a team of like-minded individuals, then we want to hear from you! Join us as a Security Specialist and help us secure the future of our clients' organizations.

If you are hired, the anticipated compensation range for the position $107,600 to $258,240 is based on a full-time schedule. Your ultimate compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
