The Role

Job Title : Customer Technology Advisor – Software Architecture

Employment Type : Regular, Full-time

Set-up : Onsite

Location : Bangkok, Thailand

Schedule : 8:30AM to 5:30 PM Bangkok Standard Time (May work extended hours from time to time for client meetings)

A Customer Technology Advisor – Software Architecture is a consultant that advises/oversees the overall design and development of structures within software systems. You will define software component compositions and interface signatures which address functional and non-functional requirements. You will also select, define, and document fundamental software structural choices that best address requirements and constraints, while anticipating choices that are costly to change after they’re implemented.

Performs viability assessments to analyze and resolve software structure weaknesses. On top of that, you will be working hand-in-hand with Developers, Engineers, Consult Partners, Customer Partners, Delivery Partners to create specifications for software applications and systems and in bringing/expanding business(es) for Kyndryl. This professional will be involved in Pre-sales, Sales, and Delivery. CTA (should have proven track record in both technology solutions and sales.

As Customer Technology Advisor – Software Architecture, you will provide certified, technology-specific deep expertise in support of sales engagements.

  • You will be working in tandem with the Kyndryl Consult Partner, Customer Partner, and Delivery Partner on targeted opportunities and customers bringing their depth of technical/solution expertise.
  • You will also develop technical or solution conversations delivering unique differentiated value to include show-and-tell methods (e.g., demos, presentations) with/for the customer to establish our credibility and eminence.
  • This billable role supports practice-specific Consulting, Advisory, Architecture activities in Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, working closely with the Account Management Partner and/or Consult Partner on the account, bringing together the breadth of Kyndryl’s technical and solution expertise to develop profitable deals.

As a vital member of our team, you will support Consulting, Advisory, and Architecture activities across Sales, Pre-Sales & Delivery, collaborating closely with Customer Partners and Kyndryl Consult Partners. With your extensive technical knowledge and mastery of the practice-specific domain, you will bring together the breadth of Kyndryl's expertise to develop profitable deals that drive our success.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in Software Development/Architecture Experience and preferably full-stack software engineering with strongexperience on Agile methodology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, and/or other related education. (Masters Degree highly preferred and encouraged) .
  • Prior expertise in Application/Software Architecture, Back-end and Front-end Software Development, Cloud Technologies, DevOps, and Project Management is required and critical to the role.
  • Must be fluent in both Thai and English Languages.

Preferred Skills, Qualities, and Capabilities:

Application/Software Architecture

  • Familiar and master in these programming languages: Front-end Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Back-end Development (JavaScript/Node.js, Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, C#).
  • Experienced Application Managed Service ; consulting, designing, solutioning.

Consulting

  • Provide best-in-class framework and consultancies to address customer pain-points both technical and functionality.
  • Rich experience in Software Consulting.
  • Gaining an understanding of a client's business pressures, priorities, and needs, and their existing infrastructure, applications, and data inventory to create and recommend a technology strategy and transformation roadmap to evolve their existing IT estate in such a way that its future state addresses the client business needs.
