The Role

Perform troubleshooting and defect analysis of LAN/WAN/ISDN/MPLS/firewall/VPN/F5/ACI issues.

Document network problems and resolution for future reference

Incident should be close within TAT.

Proactively monitor and ensure network availability, performance, and network security.

Log, track and take ownership of network/connectivity issues and resolve issues to ensure

uptime and meet the agreed SLA.

Monitor and ensure network device connectivity across DC and MPLS Networks as per the pre-defined SLA.

Working knowledge of common network monitoring tools and network analysers (ex. Tcpdump, tshark, wireshark etc).


Who You Are

Required Skills and Experience

  • CCNA / CCNP proven knowledge, experience in trouble-shooting, switching, routing
  • At least 2 years of working experience on Network devices
  • Flexibility, drive to achieve

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • University degree
  • Interest in technical career path
