Role and Responsibilities of the Job:

• Provide expert technical support in infrastructure domain area to achieve a high degree of Customer delight Service Level Agreement (SLA) & Process Compliance.
• Perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outage or disasters.

Essential Roles & Responsibilities:

• As a Network L1+ Engineer, you will be supporting clients and will have to demonstrate expertise in one or more networking technology domain area with willingness to work in any shift.
• You will also be involved in deploying, configuring, troubleshooting and operational maintenance of LAN/WAN networks OEMs (Cisco /FortiGate etc.)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Working knowledge of Cisco Networking and Fortigate firewalls.
• Experience with TCP/IP, networking, and DNS, SMTP, and HTTPS
• Hands on experience with VLANs and BGP routing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in Operating Systems tuning and configurations.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Minimum Background Investigation (MBI)

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

• A minimum of 3+ years of overall experience in IT Network infrastructure Domain with proven experience in Network Operations.
• Routing & Switching - Cisco (IOS, Nexus).
• Security FortiGate

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

• CCNA or equivalent industry networking certification.
• BE/ BTech/MCA/Diploma
