The Role

IT Specialist in this job role will have expertise in the area of It Infrastructure . Typical examples of the deliverables are building proof-of concept solutions with system technology and architecting solutions to address client requirements. IT Specialists in this job role work with products or solutions based on any vendor hardware and/or any vendor operating system software. IT Specialist who apply their technical skills to support the operation and maintenance of vendor products, services, and solutions. Individuals who are part of Support typically have responsibility for sizing, troubleshooting, and critical customer situations.

Responsible for:

• Maintain and Developing complex technical solutions for clients across industries

• Engaging directly with sales teams and clients to assist them in identifying the initiatives to address their technical requirements.

• Getting involved in client workshops for technical environments maturity assessment.

• Work with the Infrastructure teams with his/her technical knowledge and experiences.

• Perform technical assurance for potential projects.

• Perform technical consultation services to customers.

• Provide technical support & consultation in ensuring customer’s satisfaction in the maintenance stage.

• Perform design documentation work during design stage

Who You Are

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 3 years of experience in Cloud operations and systems administration

• Windows Server OS and/or Linux OS administration

• Delivery on one major Cloud Provider (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS)

• Networking fundamentals

• Security fundamentals

• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker/Kubernetes/Openshift

• Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or similar

• Understanding of engineering, programming languages and tools; Bash script, PowerShell, Python, Golang, Git

• Ability to work with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP)
