The Role

  • Serve as the voice of the customer for cloud platform products and services
  • Define and execute product strategy, roadmaps, and adoption plans for enterprise cloud platforms
  • Collaborate with Cloud Architects, Platform Engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure product offerings meet customer needs
  • Drive customer success initiatives, including onboarding, enablement, and adoption of automation, IaC, and DevOps practices
  • Gather and prioritize customer requirements, translating them into actionable enhancements or new capabilities
  • Develop success metrics, KPIs, and reporting to measure product impact and customer outcomes
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and support teams to communicate product value and best practices
  • Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities to improve platform usability, scalability, and reliability
  • Provide insights to guide enterprise cloud strategy, landing zones, and platform engineering decisions


Who You Are

Required Skills:

  • Strong understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and enterprise cloud architecture
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience in product management or customer success roles in technology or cloud domains
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working with enterprise clients in complex or regulated environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud product management, technical customer success, or platform consulting
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud environments and enterprise-scale deployments
  • Knowledge of cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering, architecture, sales, and customer support
  • Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, DevOps, or Product Management)
