The Role

Advises, analyzes and supports Banking Digital apps such as Retail Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Corporate Internet Banking (Clayfin, Ixeed) API, troubleshooting, application monitoring, log checking, Incident management & resolution troubleshooting, maintaining, and ensuring smooth operation by resolving incidents, performing root cause analysis, coordinating with developers, managing code deployments, and providing proactive support to keep digital services reliable and high-performing for customers and business users

Required Skills and Experience

• 10-15 years of experience in application development and support for Banking Digital apps such as Retail Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Corporate Internet Banking (Clayfin, Ixeed)

  • Incident & Problem Management: Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve application errors (e.g., login issues, transaction failures).
    Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Identify underlying causes of recurring issues to prevent future incidents.
    Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitor system alerts to ensure optimal performance.
    Collaboration: Work with Development, QA, and other IT teams for fixes, code releases, and system upgrades.
    Documentation: Create and maintain support guides, solutions, and process documentation.
    Change Management: Assist with code migrations and system configuration changes.
    Stakeholder Communication: Provide updates to managers and technical/non-technical user

Incident Management, Ticketing Systems (ServiceNow, Jira), SQL, Scripting, API knowledge, Core Banking Systems

Problem-solving, analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
