The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing application releases in banking or financial services environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving release governance across development, testing, infrastructure, business, and vendor organizations. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong understanding of change management, deployment processes, risk management, and production readiness activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end application release activities across multiple banking applications and platforms, including Temenos core banking systems.
Develop and maintain release calendars, deployment schedules, and release roadmaps in alignment with business and technology priorities.
Coordinate with development, testing, infrastructure, operations, business, and vendor teams to ensure successful release delivery.
Lead release planning meetings, deployment readiness reviews, go/no-go decisions, and post-release assessments.
Ensure all releases comply with change management, risk management, security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
Identify, assess, and mitigate release-related risks, dependencies, and potential service impacts.
Oversee production deployment activities, rollback planning, release validations, and hypercare support.
Monitor release performance, track deployment success metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain release documentation, deployment procedures, implementation plans, and release governance records.
Support major transformation programs, application upgrades, platform migrations, and regulatory-driven release initiatives.
