We are currently looking for a Senior UX Researcher (all genders) based in Berlin or working remotely.
Your mission with us:
As a Senior UX Researcher, you’ll be an integral part of our research function, contributing to creating innovative and better learning experiences for our students and teachers worldwide.

Your tasks:

  • Own the research strategy that helps uncover new opportunities to support decision-making
  • Work closely with our Product, Design and Marketing teams, driving innovation and research insights into our solutions
  • Plan, facilitate and document strategic research projects and workshops to align teams and stakeholders, build empathy, develop ideas and support prioritisation
  • Influence the overall product vision by executing various types of research methods
  • Identify and propose new initiatives for achieving our goals
  • Mentor, support, and provide feedback to other UX Researchers on best practices

You bring to Lingoda:

  • Degree in Psychology, Business Psychology, Human Factors, Human-Computer Interaction, UX Market Research or equivalent
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a researcher
  • Extensive knowledge of diverse research methodologies. Past Market Research experience is a plus
  • Expertise in all aspects of research execution, from study design and planning to participant recruitment, moderation, data analysis, synthesis, and reporting
  • Demonstrable ability to present research insights and a passion for storytelling
  • A problem-solving and strategic mindset. You can triangulate different data sources and share a clear point of view
