In this role, this could be your next day-to-day:

L’Oréal is in a period of growth in digital and is building a dynamic and multidisciplinary team from different backgrounds to deliver on our exciting mission to accelerate our Beauty Tech transformation.

In this context, L'Oréal is launching a Tech Accelerator, a brand-new structure contributing to transform L’Oréal into a Beauty Tech through the acceleration of strategic deep tech projects at scale. With 3 hubs in Paris, New York and Shanghai, it is a structure blending rare resources & state-of-the-art technologies & methodology to enable our best talents to deliver the most value

It comes with great challenges such as:

Lead the product vision, build the product strategy and prioritization

  • Lead and synchronize the research activities: user research, market research, tech opportunities and constraints, data & data science availability and feasibility
  • Build the product vision and strategy, have final say, and make sure the team is aligned with the vision
  • Manage stakeholders of the product and align them to the product vision and strategy
  • Clearly prioritize user pain points to address and make prioritization decisions at Epic level (features and improvements), based on collected user information, business and tech expectations

Lead the product delivery, product launch, and scale using growth strategy

  • Lead the Product Team and give visibility on the roadmap and delivery to stakeholders
  • Lead the synthesis of user feedbacks post-launch to prioritize new problems and opportunities
  • Define the Product’s KPIs, report them, and make appropriate decisions to improve them
  • Enrich the product knowledge base (roadmap, product vision, strategy, KPIs board, artefacts...) and ensure information is updated with each new feature/release

Conduct high-value initiatives to ensure the product’s success

  • Support the definition of the budget, business value KPIs and ROI, to prove the product’s value
  • Coordinate teams and Senior Stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient collaboration, develop strong relationships and influence with key Executives and Senior Stakeholders
  • Manage partners: contract with partners, interview and validate along with internal experts the profiles, manage their performance, and build budget planning and follow-up
  • Lead the Product Managers: monitor their activities at higher level, support them in their execution of the Product Management framework, help them remove major impediments
  • Other roles and responsibilities : identify new partners, advocate for the data, tech and product management practices at L’Oréal and outside (meet-ups, webinars, academic partners...), support the change and transformation of the company through products
