The candidate will join the Team in charge of the Responsiveness for Growth (R4G) program, one of the 3 top priorities at the Operations this year. The R4G aims at delivering sustainable growth while embracing volatility and improving the responsiveness and resilience of the value chain by developing new capabilities.

Collaboration, empathy, smart, influencer describe quite well our team (5 people).

Being part of the journey that improve the responsiveness and resilience of the whole end to end value chain is an outstanding opportunity as it covers many metiers as sourcing, manufacturing and supply chain.

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO IN NUTSHELL!

We can summarize your missions in several missions:

  • Ensure the transition between the beta version of use case “X Ray tool” she/he will be in charge and the final version. Integrate the specificities into the tool met all along the roll out phase.
  • Leverage the experts (métiers, data, system, …) internal and external to define the best architecture for the R4G Cockpit
  • Make and upgrade of an home made tool by integrating additional needs of users quickly and efficiently

IF YOU WANT TO GO FURTHER IN DETAILS, THIS IS WHAT YOU COULD EXPECT TO DO

Be in charge of 2 key use cases of R4G program. The X Ray tool that aims at making a diagnostic of an end-to-end value chain, the other one is the R4G Cockpit that aims at measuring the impact of the program.

Specifically :

  • Analytics specifications with the « métiers ».
  • Assessment and needs on data coordination between all the domains data domains
  • Connection with the Beauty Tech Data Platform to build the Consumer Data Set.
  • Dashboard building through Power BI.

Be in charge of the upgrade of an home-made tool used to simulate the responsiveness on production and size the production equipment needed.

Specifically :

  • Tool utilization diagnostic
  • Gather the additionnal needs
  • Tool upgrade
  • Quality data coordination
  • Coordination to enhance the data quality

THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED!

First and foremost, we love people that are curious, collaborative, eager to have an impact, proactive and who value innovation, autonomy, and team spirit.

Secondly, in this specific position, it will be important for you to have:

  • Ideally an engineering background but not compulsory
  • 3-5 years experience
  • 2-3 years experience at LOREAL would be a plus
  • Fluent in English

Mandatory skills:

  • Mastering perfectly Power BI (all dashboard to be built on Power BI)
  • Soft skills (being able to connect efficiently with the data community).

Nice to have skills:

  • Knowledge of the data ecosystem would be a plus
