Develop and manage the relationships with IT counterparts on Group / Zone level

Onboard and accompany local Business Teams in the project framing, build, delivery and run

Be versatile- act as Business Relationship Manager, Project Manager or Functional Expert depending on the context

Details of the mission

The O+O / Digital Project Manager will be in charge of analyzing business needs, exploring new solutions and managing projects related to O+O scope in an agile environment.

She/he will:

- Act as Business Relationship Manager and privileged point of contact for TR EMEAI business users

- Act as Project Manager and lead the roll-out of the Group and Zone O+O & Digital solutions

- In collaboration with TRM (Travel Retail Monde) IT Teams, frame, build and maintain new local solutions, as well as enhance, maintain and optimize existing solutions built mainly in MS PowerApps technology

- Cooperate closely with the Cybersecurity, Legal, Data Privacy, Finance & CIO Office counterparts to assure that all SaaS solutions are secure, compliant and in line with the Groupe Archtecture guidelines

- Assure the technology watch and propose innovative solutions to create business value

- There is a people management dimension to this position, as the O+O / Digital Project Manager is managing an apprentice + piloting the activity of 1-2 external consultants

Business Relationship Management and Project Management will represent 50% of the activity:

- Analyse and identify current business processes to gain in simplicity & efficiency

- Lead Group / Zone project roll-outs and oversee consultants involved in the projects implementation

- Drive local projects from needs gathering to user training and post go live support

- Develop and manage the relationships with IT counterparts and business teams

- Share the information on ongoing and future projects, emerging technologies, business needs, good practices…

Application maintenance will represent 30% of the activity:

- Manage incidents & demands relative to digital applications (ServiceNow, PowerPlatform, Salesforce…)

- Develop, enhance and maintain local solutions and business workflows

- Lead audits, licences reviews

- Contribute to quarterly Front Office Domain Reviews and Project Committees

Beauty Tech (BT) devices rollout and maintenance will represent 20% of the activity:

- Be informed of the BT devices rollouts planned by the TREMEAI entity for the entire year, accompany the teams

- Be informed of the BT strategy on the Group and Zone level, build a relationship with the key players (eg. Augmented Beauty Operations Team, TRM Retail Team)

- Maintain and improve the BT deployment dashboard

- Act as facilitator in the BT purchase and propose improvements to the process

- Pilot an apprentice in charge of the BT devices lifecycle, from device configuration to recycling

Academic Background & Seniority

Master 2 minimum or equivalent

Ideally from an engineering school

Seniority minimum 4 years in Project Management / O+O

Mandatory skills

Fluent English

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Mastery in Project Management (Agile, V, hybrid…)

Strong analytical, problem solving, time management and organizational skills

Capacity to frame the business needs, read and write technical specifications, prepare training documents

Capacity to work efficiently across the teams and hierarchical levels

Knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate…) is a big plus

Nice to have skills

Knowledge of Anaplan, Google Cloud Platform solutions will be an important advantage
