Responsible for the GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT of the key category – COLORATION - through launches and catalog activation with end-to-end 360˚ execution & B2B ADVOCACY EXECUTION.

RESPONSIBLE FOR…

  • Yearly Category activation plan to deliver category KPIs (Category turnover, Distribution, Penetration, ISMS, Sell-out targets, Service penetration).
  • Full ownership and drive of launches and category top-opportunities and activation initiatives. Delivered on time, in good quality, in line with brand image, measured through brand KPIS (turnover, distribution, sell-out targets) and supportive KPIs (on-time POS readiness, animation set-up on time, forecast accuracy).
  • Preparing product content (product descriptions, visuals, banners, claims, sales presenters, technical sheets…) for web, IG and other professional platforms and coordinating the brand’s bi-monthly e-cycle video recordings.
  • Close collaboration with the Education manager to strengthen the brand’s PRO dimension through the activation of the colox category.
  • The execution of B2B advocacy strategy, and cooperation with the Advocacy and Online Brand manager.
  • Planning and follow-up of A&P budget allocated for the category.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

•University degree

•At least 1 year experience in Product Management / Education / Communication / Brand Coordination / Commerce

Good marketing understanding associated with sensitivity to beauty.

Strong analytical skills and ability to define action plans based on analysis.

Passion for excellence and sense of details.

•Good time management & organizational skills.

•Project team participation, project experience is a plus.

•Experience in collaborative work; ability to form strong relationships with various stakeholders.

Rigor in following budget and focus on delivering results.

Good presentation skills and engaging audiences.

Obsessed with understanding consumers, customers and curiosity towards the hairdressing / professional beauty market.

Confident use of Excel and at ease using pivot tables, functions and reports.

•Fluent in English and Czech or Slovak or Hungarian.
