Group Product Manager

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, define and steer the product strategy for the categories to ensure consistency with international brand positioning and priorities, while contributing to continuous and sustainable growth for the brand
  • Lead and implement consumer centric marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital) for launches/reno/repush to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences and maximize ROI
  • Make recommendations on media, implement media and promotion plans and ensure implementation of trade marketing plan and ensure timely review with learnings.
  • Collect, monitor and analyse consumer and market insights and competition to make strategic recommendations to management.
  • Effectively prepare proposal/clear messages for senior management for strategic direction alignment
  • Adapt and gatekeep communication material (imagery, digital, point of sale etc.) consistency and execution to stay on brand and align with campaign/activation objectives.
  • Mobilise and work with other departments (commercial and operations, demand planning, visual merchandizing etc.) and partner agencies to build broader business strategy.
  • Collaborate with and influence Zone on local market’s business & brand building needs and gain sufficient/relevant support.
  • Build, develop, manage and engage team and develop their marketing expertise and know-how.
  • Manage A&P budget, ensure forecast accuracy and meeting operational KPIs.

Specific to selective divisions:

  • Own the brand patrimony, guarantee the brand identity; ensure that all actions are in line with the sense of purpose while nourishing the brand. Lead/support brand purpose activities.

Who we are looking for:

  • 6+ years of product marketing experience, candidate with experience in beauty/cosmetic categories would be preferrable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business acumen and analytical sense
  • Sensitive to consumer behavior and beauty trends
  • Translates trends and consumer knowledge into meaningful insights
