What a day in your future job looks like:

The person we are looking for will have 2 main missions:

  • Data engineering GCP

The Data engineer CRM will be responsible for managing all issues related to data in our CRM ecosystem & to restore normal service operations as quickly as possible and minimize the impact on business operations.

This person must be highly organized, self-motivated, solutions-oriented and has a perfect knowledge in BigQuery. SQL doesn’t have secret for him/her. Excellent knowledge in SQL, communication skills and attention to detail are essential for the position.

  • Incident management: Coordination team GCP

He/She ensures that incidents are resolved efficiently, enhancing the reliability and performance of IT services. It is responsible for ensuring effective and efficient handling of all IT incidents & service requests, aiming for minimal business impact and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Coordinating people, processes, and technology to swiftly resolve IT service disruptions related to GCP. Their mission? To restore the "harmony" of CRM data and minimize any disruption to the business. Additionally, this role will help build processes and delivery best practices and will focus on activities critical to the maintenance and operations of Europe L’Oréal Zone.

This person possesses the ability to quickly prioritize requests and issues, identify the technical resource required, and define and execute next steps.

This person will work with the CRM Support team for all Europe countries. This person brings a wealth of experience, information, and excitement around data environment.

You’ll stand out if:

  • Strong knowledge in SQL
  • Knowledge of Data Platform (BigQuery, Composer, Dataflow, Pub/Sub ..)
  • Strong excel skills
  • Good Knowledge Java, Python, Gitlab
  • Ability to speak and understand verbal and written instructions in English
  • Ability to focus and prioritize multiple activities
  • Directly responsible for investigation and successful execution of all data tickets and tasks related to CRM operations
  • Taking ownership of major incidents, often acting as the single point of contact on GCP
  • Coordinating and collaborating with technical teams
  • Be able to manage 1 or 2 persons

A plus :

  • Certification : GCP Professional Data Engineer
