This role will play an important role in shaping IT applications and solutions. He or she will lead IT projects, enhancements, service delivery for L’Oréal China supply chain.

Responsibility:

• Partner with supply chain in forecast to stock or order to cash processes, working with cross-functional teams to understand the way and purpose of business requirement, translate business needs and requirements into IT solutions, including tools/products, applications, platforms.
• Manage the overall business demands by arbitrating between business satisfaction and IT feasibility (budgets, technical constraints, priorities…).
• Manage full life cycle of project, product and demands, to ensure the high-quality delivery in a timely manner under governance of EA & Cyber Security.
• Continuously be accountable for the support of existing applications.
• Manage external IT supplier to implement and deliver solutions and services to meet business requirements regarding function, service level, cost and in compliance to corporate IT strategy.
• Coordinate and integrate the different contents and deliverables to ensure the overall consistency and coherence of the designed solution.
• Ensures the right level of service.

Key requirements & Competences

• More than 8 years of experience to IT supply chain projects, in FMCG industry.
• Knowledge or project experience with SAP or other ERP system for supply chain processes.
• Be able to manage relationship and work closely with teams from Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance & Controlling, and e-Commerce.
• Good understanding of advanced IT solutions with hands on implementation experience in supply chain applications, like order management, distributor management, material management and etc.
• Strong in communication in different level and be able to work in a dynamic environment, including running effective meeting with good presentation skill and working with person at all seniority levels.
• Project management, scoping, and prioritization skills to manage the team across various short-term and long-term project/products tasks and issue investigations. Agile mindset and experience are preferred.
• Knowledge of API, experience with API management platform is plus.
• General understanding of ITIL processes
• General understanding of enterprise architecture, infra structure, cyber security.
