What will you do?
As a Product Manager, reporting to the Marketing Manager, you are tasked to handle market and consumer insights. Responsible for brand development and uphold activation excellence.
You are expected to manage the following:
- Proposing, planning, managing & executing marketing plans & activities according to business objectives, brand strategy and equity
- Managing A&P budget efficiently according to priority
- Identifying opportunities and gaps for the brand based on data analysis / research
- Planning & organizing new product launches & implement planned activations relevant to brand image & strategy
- Manage & liaise with internal & external business partners on planning & execution of communication & promotional campaigns within timeline
- Ongoing compilations & reviewing of competitors’ marketing activities
- Ensure monthly sales forecast accuracy
- Preparing monthly business meeting presentations with senior management covering business updates, performance reviews, market insights & upcoming plans
- Working hand-in-hand with retail & education team to ensure proper roll-out of materials, services, advices, etc.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end management of brand campaigns and/or new product launches, from strategizing to activating, with a strong eye and commitment for excellence in execution
- Effectively leads and collaborates with cross-functional teams (retail teams, distributor, agency partners, and more) in development of strategy, plans and rollout of activations
