What You’ll Do
- Create media strategy including both media and retail media at category level and guide relevant teams at brand level (La Roche Posay, CeraVe, Vichy, Skin Ceuticals) by considering competition and sector trends
- Lead team to execute full-funnel media planning activations for brand campaigns in partnership with the media agency
- Drive media topics for the brand, ensuring implementation of effectiveness/efficiency studies + MMM/PROI learnings and engagement around test & learn / Global Learning Agenda, in close collaboration with the Division Digital Director & CDMO Media Head
- Strategize boosting of creator content across channels to help drive core A&I KPIs, ensuring continuous learning and improvement
- Drive the success of digital services in media with E-Commerce Category/Product Manager to reach discoverability & completion rate targets
- Drive 1P audience and data acceleration for the category with guidance from Media or DDX functions
- Own and be the expert in media reporting tools, ensuring relevant insights are shared with stakeholders
- Manage the 3rd party team to create best in class assets for both offsite & onsite placements in line with brand strategy and build a control system to be sure all the assets go air on time
- Feed the business with media Sector Trend/Market Research/Competition Insights
- Design the integrated retail media strategy with a holistic roadmap balancing On-site visibility (Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada,Dermoeczanem) and Off-site traffic (Meta CPAS, TikTok, Google) to drive market leadership
- Execute full-funnel campaigns and provide strategic briefs to ensure all creative assets are optimized for conversion across retail platforms.
- Drive shopper strategy & basket analysis and go beyond ROAS by analyzing shopper behavior and basket dynamics. You will identify cross-sell, up-sell, and New-to-Brand (NTB) opportunities to drive larger consumer baskets.
- Monitor real-time performance to dynamically optimize budgets between On-site and Off-site channels based on conversion data and ROI.
- Collaborate with E-commerce and Marketing teams to align media with commercial priorities and stock levels, while testing new retail media products and measurement solutions.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in media and digital functions
- Excellent communication skills in English
