What Will You Do
- Prepare and maintain SG&A trends and Capex data within the financial system.
- Collaborate with country stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial values.
- Assess operational risks and adapt financial statements accordingly.
- Conduct thorough analysis of actuals and provide monthly reporting insights.
- Validate expenses within the system, including Purchase Orders (POs) and Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenditures.
- Oversee end-to-end processes related to SG&A activities.
- Report directly to the Senior SG&A Finance Manager.
- Aligns country budget holders on SG&A key metrics for the country/division.
- Builds trend and budget in the system for SG&A
- Tracks actual performance and shares monthly analysis identifying risks and opportunities.
- Becomes the subject matter expert on SG&A topics for a specific country/division and/or BN.
- Ensures compliance with internal controls and monitors risks and barriers.
- Independently manage complex market portfolios
- Able to mentor junior, be the champion of the role.
- Has strong business acumen for its responsible country, collaboratively builds strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Independently manage the communication/review meeting and build influencing power with Division Head/country CFOs level.
- Beyond the operational part, be able to drive and lead process optimization projects and problem solving.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 3 -5 years FP&A, with a focus on managing operating expenses.
- Proven experience within a multinational company.
- Demonstrated strong financial, IT, and analytical skills, combined with a solid operational focus.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders.
