Key Responsibilities

As a Financial Controller within the Cost Management stream, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Cost Management & Control: Directly manage and control various cost categories, including Personal Costs, Office/Campus Costs, Activity-Based Operating Costs, Retail Costs, and Other Allocations. Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of expenses within these categories, adhering to L'Oréal Group guidelines and local regulations.
  • Budgeting, Planning & Forecasting (PB/B/T) for SG&A.
  • Financial Reporting & Analysis: Provide analytical support for SG&A-related inquiries, offering insights to management for informed decision-making.
  • Communication: as Division Referent and Financial Business Partner to stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and communicate financial implications effectively.
  • Process Standardization & Improvement: Actively participate in the continuous standardization and improvement of SG&A cost controlling processes, identifying areas for efficiency gains and better control.
  • Procurement & Expense Approval Processes
  • Ad Hoc analysis as requested by management.
