Key Responsibilities
- Pricing Data Management & Governance:
- Oversee the collection, storage, and maintenance of all pricing-related data, including cost data, market intelligence, customer discount and promotional effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across various systems and databases.
- Develop and implement data governance best practices, data quality checks, and data validation processes specific to pricing.
- Manage and optimize data pipelines for pricing models and analytics.
- Data Analysis
- Conduct in-depth statistical and financial analysis of pricing data
- Reporting & Visualization:
- Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive pricing dashboards, reports, and analytical tools using business intelligence (BI) platforms.
- System & Tool Management:
- Act as a key liaison with IT and other technical teams to ensure pricing data infrastructure meets business needs.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize pricing software, analytical tools, and data management platforms.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of our internal pricing systems and data warehouses.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner closely with Finance, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and IT teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven support for pricing decisions.
- Educate stakeholders on data availability, limitations, and best practices for data consumption.
- Support new product launches and market entry strategies by providing comprehensive pricing data analysis.
