A Day in the Life
You Will Be a Key Account Manager Reporting Into The National Sales Director, Embedded In a Country-level Commercial Team And Working Closely With Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain And Finance To Serve Drugstore Customers. You Will
- Define and execute tailored account plans to grow sales, profitability and market share across drugstore chains.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, promo calendars and assortment to maximise long-term returns.
- Lead in-store and omnichannel activation planning: merchandising, launches, training and joint business plans.
- Monitor performance, forecasts and P&L; convert data into actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
You are a commercial operator who builds strong, long-term customer relationships and delivers measurable business results.
Requirements
- A university degree and proven experience in a sales role.
- Proficiency in Czech or Slovak and English.
- Skills in Negotiation & Commercial Excellence.
- Experience with Category & Trade Activation.
- Strengths in Business Planning & Data Analysis.
- The ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders.
