As IT Europe Order to Cash business Analyst you will be joining our dynamic Europe Order to Cash (O2C) IT team, working closely with Sales departments.
The team is highly motivated, collaborative, and committed to deliver excellence in their respective areas across the European zone.

What will be your day to day ? :
The IT Europe Business analyst bridges business needs and product capabilities, you will analyze processes, capture requirements, design functional specifications, and configure standard rules within our core template framework.
Business Partnership
Participate actively and influence on the ongoing TOM (Target Operating Model) Ops&Fin transformation, reshaping the domain according to the to be organization.
Drive innovation and efficiency in Forecast & Procurement processes through IT solutions.

Business Partnership
- Act as the primary IT point of contact for the Supply Chain and Sales stakeholders
- Gather, analyze, challenge business requirements
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Translate business needs into functional specifications.
- Conduct Worshop with business
- Write functionnal specification and maintain documentation
- Configure the SAP SD and LE modules to optimize the O2C flow (Order management, Pricing, Shipping, Picking, Packing, Billing…)
- Validate configuration through testing & scenarios
- pilotenhancementand smallproject, ensuring respect for timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Work with cross-IT fromother platforms and integrationteams
- provide level4support for complex issues, and proactively propose process optimizations
- Suggest optimizations to processes and user experience
- Strategic Alignment:

- Operational Optimization:
Drive innovation and efficiency in Forecast & Procurement processes through IT solutions.
- Manage Team organization:
You’ll stand out if you have the following skills:
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Expertise in SAP SD: Deep knowledge of Sales, Shipping, and Billing processes, including pricing procedures and documentflows.Strongleadership and team management skills in cross-functional environments.
- Strong Skillset in SAP LE:Proficiencyin Logistics Execution, specifically outbound delivery processing, picking/packing strategies, and basic knowledge of Shipment management.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to map complex business processes andidentifypotential bottlenecks or risks.
