Commercial IT B2B Sales Force Excellence Program Manager (NA & SAPMENA) – O+O Domain

CONTEXT

L’Oréal has completed a massive Digital Transformation over the last five years, positioning digital at the heart of our global strategy. Today, we are entering a new era of growth where the B2B business has gained paramount strategic importance. Over the past year, L’Oréal has established the Commercial Transformation Office to fundamentally reinvent the way we conduct business with our business partners both Direct and Indirect.

To support this ambition, the IT organization is overhauling the B2B pillar. We are moving away from a landscape of fragmented tools and legacy applications toward a unified, future-fit technology stack. Our mission is to Design and leverage advanced B2B Solutions powered by Innovation and AI to gain a decisive competitive advantage in both our Direct and Indirect business models.

The NA & SAPMENA zones represent some of the most complex, high-growth, and digitally advanced B2B environments globally. From the mature markets of North Asia (Greater China, Japan, Korea) to the dynamic clusters of Southeast Asia, Oceania, and the Middle East, our commercial teams interact with hundreds of thousands of salons, pharmacies, and retailers daily.

This role is critical in leading this transformation. We are looking for a leader to bridge the gap between our current state and a future where innovation-driven insights, a seamless B2B ecosystem, and high-performance Sales Force Automation (SFA) empower our field forces to drive market share and continued growth.

THE STRATEGIC FOCUS

As we move beyond the foundational implementation of Salesforce and basic B2B applications, this role will focus on:

  • Tech Modernization: Lead initiatives to revamp fragmented regional applications into high-quality, scalable, and "future-fit" global/regional platforms.
  • Innovation & Intelligence: Integrating AI and emerging technologies to provide field teams with predictive "next-best-action" insights, automated store audits, and personalized B2B recommendations.
  • Omni-Channel Efficiency & Value Generation: Transforming Direct routes-to-market by implementing future-fit Sales Force capabilities that enable our field force to generate tangible value and growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Partnering with the Commercial Transformation Office, Market commercial teams, Zone commercial teams to ensure technology is a catalyst for new business behaviors and increased sales productivity.

THE ROLE

This role is for the IT B2B Sales Force Excellence (SFE) Program Manager to join the NA & SAPMENA B2B Commercial IT Team. Based in Singapore, you will lead regional programs responsible for delivering the next generation of commercial tools for Sales Force Excellence.

You will be the architect of change, managing the transition from a fragmented landscape to a cohesive ecosystem that serves our Divisions (Luxe, Professional Products, Dermatological Beauty, and Consumer Products) across two of L’Oréal’s most vital geographical zones.

Key Job Accountabilities

  • Regional Program Lead: Own the end-to-end delivery of the B2B SFE technology roadmap for NA & SAPMENA, ensuring all markets transition to future-fit applications.
  • Commercial Transformation Partner: Act as the key IT liaison for the Commercial Transformation Office SFE pillar, aligning technology investments with the new strategic business vision.
  • Innovation & AI Integration: Scout and lead the integration of innovative features (including AI-powered insights) into our SFA and related tools to provide competitive advantages in the field.
  • Cross-Functional Influence: Navigate and influence a complex matrix of Zone and Market-level stakeholders. This includes collaborating across different IT domains, partnering with Market IT teams, and engaging directly with Market Users and Commercial leaders to ensure tool relevancy.
  • Vendor & Portfolio Management: Manage the ecosystem of third-party vendors and internal developers to deliver high-quality code and platforms within budget and on time.
  • Roadmap & Strategy: Define the evolution of the B2B SFE pillar, moving from "foundational" tools to "intelligent" systems that support O+O (Online + Offline) trends.

Profile & Position Requirements

  • 8+ years of Program Management experience, with a proven track record in Consumer Goods Cloud or similar Sales Force Automation (SFA) platforms within an FMCG or retail environment.

  • Innovation & Tech Savvy: A strong interest in how AI, Data, and emerging tech can transform B2B sales (experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or AI-driven SFA is a major plus).
