Job Summary

As the Director of DRIVE (Global Project Manager) for Urban Decay, IT Cosmetics, and Youth To The People, you will be the central pillar for driving our strategic launch processes from concept to market. You will orchestrate complex project timelines and ensure seamless collaboration across global marketing, product development, and operational teams to bring our innovations to life.

Success in this role requires a leader with a talent for navigating complexity and a relentless drive for execution. You are a strategic thinker who excels at bringing structure to creative environments and can influence stakeholders at all levels. Because this role serves as the "source of truth" for timelines and priorities, you must possess the professional resilience to communicate firm requirements and manage shifting priorities, even when facing disagreement from cross-functional partners.

In This Role, You Will

  • Lead Strategic Timelines: Develop and monitor master timelines for key launches across UD, ITC, and YTTP, ensuring all cross-functional teams deliver assets and complete milestones on schedule.
  • Drive Process Excellence: Identify bottlenecks, flag risks, and implement solutions to optimize our go-to-market process, with a special focus on navigating the China registration (CSAR) complexities and global compliance.
  • Steer Project Prioritization: Consolidate and align on project priorities at the brand level, ensuring resources are focused on the most impactful initiatives for the portfolio.
  • Enable Global Collaboration: Act as the key liaison between DMI, zones, factories, and regulatory bodies to guarantee launch compliance and on-time delivery in all markets.
  • Navigate Resilience: Serve as the primary communicator for project status and decisions. You must proactively find solutions to challenges and have the confidence to manage pushback, ensuring the discipline of the launch calendar is maintained.

Requirements

  • Project Management Expertise: 10+ years of experience creating and managing complex project plans and multi-faceted timelines within a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional Organization: An elite ability to bring structure to highly creative and dynamic environments, managing hundreds of moving parts across three distinct brands.
  • Stakeholder Management: The ability to effectively collaborate with and influence a wide range of internal and external partners. You are comfortable being the "voice of the message" and can maintain professional composure in high-pressure situations.
  • Analytical Skills: A strong capacity to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-informed improvements to streamline the GTM journey.
  • Adaptability & Resilience: The agility to manage shifting priorities and navigate the dynamic beauty landscape. You possess a keen ability to anticipate challenges and remain steadfast in the face of complex organizational demands.
  • Communication Mastery: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly articulate timelines, risks, and requirements to diverse global teams. You are skilled at simplifying complex information to drive alignment and action.

What’s In It For You

  • Salary Range: $126,900 - $184,000 (Actual compensation will depend on geographic location, experience, education, and skill level).
  • Competitive Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Pension Plan)
  • Hybrid Work Policy (3 Days in Office, 2 Days Work from Home)
  • Flexible Time Off (Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Vacation Buy Program, Volunteer Time, Summer Fridays & More!)
  • Access to Company Perks (VIP Access to L’Oréal’s Internal Shop for Discounted Products, Monthly Mobile Allowance)
  • Learning & Development Opportunities (Unlimited Access to E-learnings, Lunch & Learn Sessions, Mentorship Programs, & More!)
