What You Will Do

Support the L’Oréal USA Direct-to-Consumer Growth Accelerators team as the champion for operational excellence across our LUSA brand websites and services. The Manager role will identify opportunities to streamline digital services best practices and build a feedback loop to socialize and measure adoption. Working closely with Divisional D2C and Cross-Functional Services teams, the Manager will provide regular centralized communication to the business community on the status of complex strategic projects. In addition, s/he will build strong relationships with L’Oreal USA’s strategic D2C 3rd party (3P) vendors to drive business results from platform adoption, partner with Sourcing on large-scale contract renewals and negotiations, and onboard new vendors to the ecosystem. Finally, the Manager will partner with the Global Digital Services team to deploy new and upgraded services across L’Oreal USA’s brand websites and omnichannel digital platforms.



Key Job Accountabilities:

  • Digital Services Stewardship: Maintain a framework for omnichannel service innovation at L’Oreal.
  • Standardize the Digital Services roadmap (3P integrations + proprietary Beauty Tech) across our suite of US brands
  • Define & scale best practices for launching and maintaining our Services, including Virtual Try-On, 1:1 Teleconsultation, AI Beauty Assistant, Skin Diagnostic, Shade Matching, etc.
  • Partner closely with the Global Digital Services team to deploy beauty tech innovation in the US, including new pilots and upgrades to existing services
  • Define the process to measure and optimize Digital Services at scale
  • Develop CRO score cards to optimize KPIs by service – CVR, AOV, UPT, site navigation & search, promotional offers, product assortment, sampling, tentpole moments, etc.
  • Conduct regular audits of our brand websites to track LUSA best practice adoption
  • 3P Relationship Management & Evolution: Drive operational excellence as the main point of contact for centralized 3rd-party integrations and marketing technology.
  • Partner with Division and Brand leads to optimize implementation of contracted features
  • Coordinate action plans to maximize 3P performance across divisions and monitor achievement
  • Lead score-carding to measure vendor performance using data-first mentality
  • Analyze performance to recommend adoption of existing functionality & new features
  • Maximize KPIs of each vendor to enhance LUSA analytics and deepen consumer behavior insights
  • Conduct competitive analyses to understand services evolution across beauty categories
  • Service-Related Project Management: Lead coordinated effort to accelerate innovation and reduce friction across divisions.
  • Lead day-to-day support for vendor partnerships (BazaarVoice, Ordergroove,Afterpay, Narvar), including bi-weekly touch bases, brand coordination, etc.
  • Act as subject matter expert for Brand/Division teams on navigating the LUSA vendor ecosystem
  • Coordinate broad vendor sessions for LUSA D2C community including QBRs, roadmap share-outs, and optimization/best practices trainings
  • Serve as CDMO project lead for consolidating business workstreams and deliverables – Legal/Data Privacy/AI Council Compliance, Supply Chain (OMS), Le Care, Treasury, Sustainability
  • Lead as central point of contact for Sourcing team on Procurement / Contract Renewals / RFPs for new consumer-facing 3rd party tools
  • Identify special projects, pilots, and A/B tests to maximize D2C Services & 3P performance
  • Manage usage rates of 3P consulting and creative hours as relevant



Required Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • College Degree
  • 4-5+ years of relevant ecommerce experience at a Brand or Retailer – ideally in an eCommerce experience, site operations, or project management role – working with cross-functional team members and external partners
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on executional excellence and delivery at scale
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of eCommerce & Supply Chain KPIs and how to influence conversion optimization
  • Experience working with 3rd party vendors for an eCommerce website
  • Familiarity with beauty technology like virtual try-on, skin diagnosis, or shade matching tools
  • Experience with eCommerce reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI
  • Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience in eCommerce platforms such as SFCC, Demandware, Shopify
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and interact successfully with diverse individuals at all levels
  • Experience working with Business, IT, and Supply Chain stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrates sound judgement in decision-making
  • Self-motivated, results- and solution-oriented, curious, strategic thinker
