🎯 Primary Mission

Develop packaging and finished goods by defining, approving, and homologating technical concepts, issuing specifications, and ensuring on-time, in-full delivery for all projects — in line with L'Oréal's 7 Design-to pillars: Safety, Quality, Agility, Profitability, Sustainability, Performance, and Experience.

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Cross-functional Technical Leadership

Act as the central technical interface between Marketing, Development and Suppliers throughout the entire product development cycle — providing expert advice through mock-ups, drawings, and meetings to ensure aligned and well-defined product definition.

  • Design, Risk Analysis & Qualification

Gather all technical, industrial, regulatory, and normative requirements; conduct packaging and filling risk analyses; drive key design decisions; and collaborate with the Technical Design Center and Qualification team to validate drawings, secure specifications testing / approvals, and run compatibility tests.

  • Supplier & Industrial Coordination

Manage technical relationships with manufacturing suppliers — coordinating feasibility checks, validating technical choices, negotiating requirements, and leading mold development in line with project schedules. On major projects, you will go to suppliers’ production sites to qualify molds, injection/decoration process and FG productions.

  • Documentation & Specification Management

Define, issue, and maintain all technical documents throughout the product lifecycle — including drawings, pre-specifications, homologation reports, and final specifications — in strict compliance with the Packaging Conception Quality System (SQCP).

  • Project Performance & Continuous Improvement

Monitor project schedules, proactively flag risks and deviations, support first production runs, contribute to value analysis and optimization initiatives (quality, cost, productivity), and conduct technical and competitor benchmarking surveys.

Requirement

2-5 years of professional experience in packaging development.
