What You Will Do
The Retail Marketing Director plays a crucial role in driving the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of retail activations that drive traffic to stores & on-site to acquire NTB for Lancome USA.
They will work closely with the CGO, O+O, Finance, DMI Brand Events & Shopper Experience (Field/Education) to evaluate, present, and coordinate the execution of the US Brand initiatives, inclusive of Hallmarks (Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day & Holiday) activations & gift sets as well as commercial moments with retailers/D2C (GWPs & Sampling).

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the strategy, planning and implementation of all Brand retailers GWPs programs for campaigns and commercial moments and learnings
- Hallmarks (Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day & Holiday) 360 activations including giftsets mixes across 3 axes (skincare, makeup, fragrances)
- Develop,analyzeand gather information to support plans / strategy development and help market recommendations that drive retail traffic
- Partner with Category & O+O, Finance teams to ensure gifting (sets and GWP) assortments align with brand launch strategies.
- Extensivebudgetmanagementto ensurethe overall feasibility and profitability of projects throughthecost of goods management,actualization,anddemand/forecast update.Partner closely with finance& supplychain onanimation budgets and product margins.
- Create vision for promo/animation packaging and work with creative on package development. Oversee artwork process including reviewing and approving with BU GM/SVP/Legal
- Propose need gaps based on analysis of competitive landscape and trends that align with the brandobjective.
- Keep uptodate on the latest competitive trends, and insights across platforms
- Work directly with key retailers as needed to develop programs/assets.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in brand/ trade/retail or event marketing
- Retail (marketing) experience preferred
- Experience with 360° marketing planning, launch execution, and retail activation
- Experience working across multiple categories
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills; ability to influence and align across teams and external partners.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing retail marketing budgets andoptimizingspendfor measurable results
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office
