Core Responsibilities

  • Strategic Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor to the CIO/Domain Lead, translating business goals into tangible IT initiatives
  • End-to-End Governance: Design and implement comprehensive frameworks, including project plans, roadmaps, R&R, processes, meeting cadences etc.
  • Transformation Steering: Lead workstreams by monitoring KPIs and ensuring seamless collaboration within the team and with stakeholders
  • Data-Driven Narratives: Turn complex data into compelling strategic narratives and executive dashboards to power business growth and decision-making.
  • Change Advocacy: Champion a culture of adoption of new way of working through change management strategies
  • Strategic Stakeholder Management: Influence and engage with Global, Zone, and Market leaders, cross functional stakeholders on key decision making and transformation initiatives.
  • Operational Excellence: Act as a guardian of IT standards and process excellence, ensuring rigorous adherence to cadence, standards and principles.
  • Community Engagement: Foster the positive and open-minded culture within the team to encourage transparent communication and collaborative spirits by curating relevant content and shared reference guides.

Qualifications

  • 7-10+ years in consulting, beauty, retail or tech industries from functions of strategy & operation, business intelligence, or project management
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to transform complex data into structured, actionable insights
  • Excellent ability to distill complex information into "sharp" messaging for senior leadership presentations
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence senior leaders and stakeholders through storytelling
  • Strong proficiency in data or business intelligence and a solid understanding of project management
  • Deep understanding of online and offline beauty business models
  • Proven track record of influencing senior stakeholders in an organization with complex matrix while maintaining high resilience in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams across different locations, time zones and cultures
