Who am I?
Responsibilities
As Business Planner you are a central part of the commercial team and reporting to the Business Intelligence Manager. Your key responsibilities are:
- To guarantee the quality of our commercial O+O forecast within your customer scope
- To be the commercial ambassador within in monthly for your customer scope
- To support and challenge the Account Managers on their forecast construction
- To be the right hand to the Business Intelligence Manager on identifying risks and opportunities in the commercial construction
- To develop and support the right business planning tools, systems, and processes
- To monitor and analyze SIT, Sell Out, Sell In
- To have grasp of the full gross to net picture (P&L)
Your profile

Our Ideal Candidate Has
- Min. 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Planning, Demand Planning or Fianance related fields in FMCGs. Experience in Beauty Categories are a strong plus.
- Strategic thinking, strong data analytical & data-driven business decision
- Strong Commercial and Entrepreneurship mindset, result-oriented & solution driven, act with urgency
- Growth mindset, agility and open to go extra miles
- Good communication & Negotiation skills
- Solid understanding of full P&L.
- Skilled in multi-tasking, delivering under tight timelines, able to work effectively under pressure
- Able to work both individually and in teams across functions. Experienced & strong in managing key senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Advanced level of MS Office Applications, power BI (must).
