Position Overview

Join L'Oréal's Skincare OD Development Team as a key contributor to innovative LID OD skin projects. This role ensures technical excellence, seamless formula development, and timely market launches while upholding L'Oréal's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate cross-functionally with LID DMI, vendors, evaluation teams, PD, OD corporate, sourcing, and global OD labs
• Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure smooth progression from concept to commercialization
• Maintain strong vendor partnerships for consistent product quality and timely information updates
• Oversee launch product quality validation including stability, compatibility, microbiological testing, HMs, and specification establishment
• Monitor competitor products, track marketing trends, and gather consumer insights through regular collaboration with relevant Loreal teams. Keep exchanging with LID team for all these information.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's/Master's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Cosmetic Science, or related scientific discipline
• 3+ years of experience in cosmetics formulation development (skincare/cleanser experience preferred)
• Proven project management capabilities with experience managing multiple priorities
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent documentation practices (email correspondence, meeting minutes, technical reports)
• Thrives in fast-paced environments and handles complex projects effectively
